Expenditure Request Form And Submission Guidelines

Thanks to support from the Children’s Justice Act, in 2017 we are able to provide financial support for food costs for one training in each region. Support includes three days of food for 25 participants not to exceed $25 per person per day for a total allowable cost of $1,875.  These funds are only available for interagency community trainings, not internal staff development, and reimbursement must be requested prior to November 10, 2017.

 

Process:

1. At least one month prior to training, request funding by completing and emailing this form to YouthThriveVT@wcysb.org. You can expect a response within two weeks. Trainers are responsible for lining up food vendors for local trainings.

2. After training, submit receipts and trainee list to YouthThriveVT@wcysb.org
